Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to any contractual or statutory warranty rights, the consumer has the right to exchange a product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving it. No exchanges will be accepted after this period.
  2. To be eligible for exchange:
    • The product must be in original condition and unused.
    • The consumer must not have benefited from the product in any way.
    • The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the exchange to ensure its condition.
    • The consumer bears the cost of shipping for the exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs.
    • If there is a defect or an error from our side, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.

The consumer is not entitled to an exchange in the following cases:

  1. If the product was custom-made based on the consumer’s request or specific specifications—unless the product is defective or does not match the requested specifications.
  2. If the product includes used video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software.
  3. If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, or book, or similar types of authored content.
  4. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or poor handling by the consumer.
  5. If the contract involves accommodation, transport, or catering services.
  6. If the contract involves purchasing downloadable software products via the internet.

Return Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to any contractual or statutory warranty rights, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving it. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
  2. To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be in original condition and unused.
    • The consumer must not have benefited from the product in any way.
    • The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to accepting the return.
  3. The consumer is responsible for all return-related costs. For international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery charges. If there is a defect or error from our side, the consumer will be fully compensated.
